SUDO commences its Leather Crafting Procedure by meticulously selecting, cutting, and preparing the hides of premium, soft-grained calfskin. Our reliance is exclusively on vegetable-tanned leather. The cutting process can be manual or mechanized to construct the item. This is pursued by subsequent preparation phases, encompassing skinning, grilling, and organizing for coloring. Prior to the application of color, a preliminary treatment is conducted to facilitate precise and even staining of the skin. Following this, polishing follows, succeeded by another preparatory step and, ultimately, the concluding coloring process. A pivotal phase within our multi-stage production of genuine leather bags is the assembly. The bag undergoes preparation for "edge dye" and "rib" treatment, paving the way for the subsequent sewing and assembly processes.
An outstanding feature in our repertoire is the garment-dyed washing method. This imparts a distinctive effect to our vintage line products that is challenging to replicate: colors remain steadfast over time, preserving the timeless allure of our products.
The anilines integrated into our production process are water-based (non-hazardous) and free from sulfates, metals, or chromium. We are committed to employing solely eco-friendly plant-derived products, in line with our dedication to environmental responsibility.
Moreover, the fat liquors we employ are also derived from natural sources, ensuring compatibility with our commitment to sustainability. The acids used, such as lactic acid, are non-aggressive in nature. This highlights our commitment to both refined products and environmental responsibility.

Based on the desired model, we expertly hand-cut or use precision machinery to compose each article. This preparation includes stripping, treatment, and arrangement in readiness for coloring.
Before coloring, we carry out a precise springing process to ensure an accurate and even application of color. The leather then undergoes polishing, followed by a secondary springing, concluding with a final coloring phase.
A pivotal stage in our production process is assembly. Each bag undergoes meticulous preparation for edging and ribbing before progressing to the sewing and assembly phase.
Throughout these various stages, our products undergo rigorous quality control checks. Finally, we lovingly place each bag into a cotton dust bag, ready to make its way into your hands.
